RELIABLE HIGHWAY CRUISER

History: This car was restored and built in Jordan, Utah. Was imported into Canada in 2006 with only 1947 miles. Last purchased in 2018 in Red Deer, Alberta with 28,954 miles. This is a reliable highway cruiser that you can drive anywhere with confidence. 33,600 miles documented by a meticulous travel logbook.

Body: Solid and straight with a smooth firewall. Painted front and rear bumpers to match. Extra paint included with code. Shaved door and tailgate handles with remote fob. Aftermarket gas filler door.

Frame/Chassis/Suspension: Mustang II front end with QA1 adjustable coil over shocks. New rack and pinion steering. Recent alignment.

Engine: 350 CID carbureted. Chrome valve covers and air cleaner. Aluminum radiator – never overheats. New battery.

Transmission: Automatic overdrive.

Differential: Ford 9 inch with unknown gears.

Exhaust: Dual aluminized steel with headers.

Brakes: Front disc with drums in the rear. New master cylinder.

Wheels: 15-inch steel with chrome beauty rings and baby moon hubcaps.

Tires: BF Goodrich Radial TAs front 205 60R 15 and 275 60R 15 in the rear.

Interior: Front tan leather buckets and rear seats from a newer production car. Rear seat has fold down center arm rest with two cup holders. Rear seat back does not fold down. Tilt steering column with aftermarket steering wheel. Fabric upholstered door panels. Aftermarket Mooneyes gauges. Floor console from a newer production car.

Extras included: Fire extinguisher. Maintenance and travel logbook with meticulous records. Stereo and AC instruction manuals.

Known issues: Rub mark on lower LH end of front bumper. Transmission and engine oil leaks. Front floor patches have lap welds. Some road rash on front of lower rear fenders. Scratch on RH rocker. Bit of filler evident on LH lower quarter panel. A few rust perforation holes in front inner rockers. AC needs a recharge. Some wind noise at highway speeds (likely needs new weather stripping). One crack in windshield (repaired). Chip in paint by RH head light with some other small rock chips on the front. Fuel gauge is not working properly.
