1972 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE MALIBU

350 CID V-8 CONVERTIBLE

1972 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE MALIBU

HISTORY

Built at the Baltimore, Maryland plant on September 3, 1971 and shipped on September 8, 1971 to General Motors of Canada Special Stock-Advertising in Oshawa, Ontario. One of only 298 Malibu V8 convertibles (model 13667) imported for sale in Canada. Originally finished in 36 Spring Green with a white top and 713 Dark Green vinyl bucket seats. Purchased in 1976 by the current owner from a friend and in his care for 50 years! Only driven between the opening and closing of golf season each year mostly with the top down, then stored and covered in the garage each winter. In 1992 it was a SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Calgary Alberta) project car when the original engine was rebuilt. Maintained by Midsun Auto Repair in Calgary for over 20 years. Odometer reads 58,097 miles. A well documented, likely numbers matching Chevelle convertible that’s ready to drive and enjoy.
