TIME CAPSULE CAR – Completely REBUILT, STORED and NEVER DRIVEN.

HISTORY 1970 Mustang BOSS 302 built in the Dearborn Plant. The car was produced on October 4th, 1969 “four days behind schedule”. Sold new in 1970 at Griffith’s Motors in Edson, Alberta. These details are from Marti Auto Works (Deluxe Marti Report) – Arizona. Kevin Marti is an official FORD authorized data supplier. Report is included.

 The car was purchased by the current owner in 1986 and completely rebuilt in 1988 (engine was professionally rebuilt in 2017). The car has not and is not being used and thus the reason for selling. 47,323 miles on odometer. This is a BC car now. Original photos, books, manuals and invoices are included.

 This is an original yellow car. This is a “time capsule” car – rebuilt, stored and never driven.

PAINT/BODY Extensive sheet metal repair (professionally rebuilt). Major sheet metal replacement including new floor and major portions of the body professionally installed, finished and painted by Dave Free of DeWinton, Alberta in 1988. Photos of the rebuilding process are included. This is an original yellow car. No rust.

ENGINE Windsor 302 with Cleveland 351 heads, 4 bolt main. Professionally rebuilt engine with invoice at $11,526.65 from 2017. Less than 15 miles on the rebuild. New exhaust.

TRANSMISSION 4 speed manual car – rebuilt.

CHASSIS/SUSPENSION mOriginal design/specs – completely rebuilt/unaltered with new parts.

BRAKES Front DISC BRAKES, rear drum.

DIFFERENTIAL Originally built with 3.50 gears. Non posi. Unsure of current gear ratio.

INTERIOR New original style interior. Black vinyl standard bucket seats. Equipped with “Sport deck rear seat”.

TIRES/WHEELS Magnum 500 wheels.

OPTIONS Power steering and brakes. Original AM radio. Car does NOT have A/C, Power windows or cruise control.
