R/T TRIBUTE 440 SIX PACK

History/Overview: This is a 1970 Dodge Coronet convertible which was produced as a Coronet 500 with a 318 CID and automatic transmission. It was built as an R/T tribute with a 440 six pack and a 4-speed manual. Owned since 2014. Professionally appraised by Wheels Alberta East Classic Auto Appraisal June 2026. Odometer reads 7708 miles. The car looks good, runs strong and offers good value for a driveable street and highway cruiser.

Body: Repainted Plum Crazy Purple in 2007 with white R/T stripe and white convertible top. Bottom of car is painted to match exterior. R/T badging on front fenders. Overall shows well, panel gaps are good and doors open and close nicely. Original chrome bumpers and trim in good condition. Factory original glass with no cracks.

Frame/Chassis/Suspension: Sub-frame connectors added. Front sway bar, stock front suspension with gas shocks. Rear air shocks with leaf springs.

Engine: Rebuilt 440 six pack with approx. 500 HP. Roller rockers, Eagle cam shaft, three two-barrel carburetors and MSD 6AL ignition. Upgraded 4-core radiator and 4-blade fan. New water pump. New fuel tank with electric fuel pump.

Transmission: 4 speed manual with Hurst shifter and Centerforce clutch.

Differential: Dana 60 with 4.10 gears. Runs with 2800 rpm at 100 km per hour.

Exhaust: Dual 3” aluminized steel with wrapped long tube headers and Flowmaster mufflers.

Brakes: New factory-replacement front discs and rear drums.

Wheels: Cragar SS 15X8.

Tires: BF Goodrich front 235/60R15 and 275/60R15 in the rear.

Interior: Original-style white vinyl bucket seats with matching white door panels. Factory original dash with new dash pad. Stock steering column.

Extras included: Well documented including original build sheet. Missouri safety inspection document.

Options and Special Features: Power steering and power brakes. Aftermarket AutoMeter gauges with new cluster surround and new halogen headlights.

Known issues: One small rust bubble on top of the LH front fender and a few bubbles at the rear of the RH rocker. Surface rust on the inner rocker lips. A paint crack at the LH rear rocker and another at the RH rear corner of rear deck near the trunk lid. Paint chips on front middle nose. Filler detected in several lower body areas on both sides including around some wheel openings. A wiper mark on the RH side of the windshield. Rust perforation on the left frame rail. Minor transmission fluid and differential oil leaks. Missing the flywheel cover. Small tear on the rear seat.
