History: Professionally built in Arizona in 2010 by N2 HOTRODS for a client in Texas and then the car went back to an Arizona buyer. It was then imported into Vancouver, BC. in Feb. of 2016. Entire drivetrain was professionally rebuilt from front to back at the time of the build. 3000 proven miles on the drivetrain. This is a proven, reliable driver. It’s a showstopper and a real head turner – so fun to drive!
Body: All steel original 2 door with a 3 ½ inch chop. Satin clear with removable hand-created lettering. Front windshield flips forward at bottom. Nice wood kit in open roof. Very nice hand pinstriping done in Arizona. 1965 Mustang bumperettes mounted on rear with license plate light.
Frame/Chassis/Suspension: Pro-built custom fully boxed frame. Front suspension by Speedway Motors with dropped solid front beam axle and closed hairpin style suspension. Rear trac bar with coil overs. Manual steering.
Engine: Rebuilt 283 CID with functioning (all 3) tri power carb set up. Estimated 330 HP. Copper radiator – never overheats. This engine only knows Synthetic oil since 2016. New wiring harness. Everything works.
Trans: Rebuilt Turbo 350 with floor mount shift and 50s doorknob shift knob.
Differential: Ford Mustang 8.8 with unknown gears. 2600 rpm at 100 km per hour.
Exhaust: Open headers – sounds good and not too loud.
Brakes: Drum front and rear. Stops well.
Wheels: 15-inch Ford steelies.
Tires: Bias ply original style white walls. Front 5.6 X 15 and rear L78 15.
Interior: Low back vinyl buckets – seats flip forward for rear access. Real coconut cup holder. Vintage flashlight mounted on steering column. Stereo components mounted in rear storage boxes. Console has license plate base with flip-open-lid gun shell case compartment.
Options and Special Features: Hidden hitch under fold down license plate. Modern 90-amp alternator looks like an old school generator. Spun aluminum hot-rod fuel tank. LED turn signals inside head lights.
Known issues: Makes you way cooler than you think you are – when you drive it!
